First Time Patient Program
Medical patients who are new to Green Meadows earn an additional 20% off their first purchase.
The First Time Patient discount can be combined with other status discounts, up to 40% off.
Patient Certification Program
Medical patients enrolled in the Green Meadows “Patient Certification Program” can receive $200 off medical cannabis purchases every year, first with a new certification and then annually upon certification renewal. The $200 discount is granted in the form of four $50 “Patient Certification Program” discounts. These can be used as part of the patient’s first four transactions at Green Meadows with a minimum $150 purchase for each transaction.
“Patient Certification Program” Guidelines:
- The first $50 off discount must be used within 30 days of a new certification or annual renewal.
- The “Patient Certification Program” discount cannot be used more than once per day.
- “Patient Certification Program” discounts cannot be combined with any other discounts.
Veteran Discount
Veterans with a medical card qualify for a 30% discount every day, regardless of their disability status as defined by the VA.
(Veterans without an active medical card can receive 10% off their purchases every day.)
Twice a month we hold special remembrance days when we offer a 40% discount to veterans with medical cards.
On the 11th of every month we commemorate the spirit of Veterans Day.
Each month on the 22nd we pay homage to the heroes tragically lost to suicide.
Green Meadows is proud to extend our Veteran Discount to the family members of those who served.

We understand that some members of our community who rely on medical cannabis may sometimes struggle to afford their medicine. That’s why we offer a 15% “Financial Hardship” discount to qualifying medical patients.
*Required paperwork: Previous year’s tax returns OR W-2 OR social security letter OR disability benefits letter OR mass health card OR EBT card OR SNAP card
For members of our medical community who are so passionate about cannabis that they’ve made a career in our industry, we want to welcome you with a 10% discount.
*Required paperwork: Industry Badge (copy is okay), Current Paystub from last 30 days

- “Local Resident” Discount – 5% discount for residents of Southbridge, Sturbridge, Charlton, Dudley, Ashby, Ashburnham, Fitchburg, Gardener, Leominster, Lunenburg, Townsend, Shirley. *Required paperwork: Utility Bill, Mail, or Valid ID showing home address in one of towns listed above
- Happy Birthday Preroll for $1 *Required paperwork: Valid ID (Green Meadows 1g Preroll)
- “Senior Citizen Discount” – 10% off for seniors aged 65+ *Required paperwork: Valid ID
- College Students – 10% discount for students currently enrolled in college with an active medical certification. *Required paperwork: proof of current enrollment in the form of a schedule or tuiton bill
