As Director of Cannabis Operations at Green Meadows, Mandi oversees the teams responsible for post-harvest activities such as drying, curing, trim, and packaging. Her focus is on bringing the highest quality cannabis to market in an efficient manner, maintaining all SOPs and ensuring the entire team works in a collaborative, positive environment.

Mandi has led cannabis operations since 2016 with one of MA’s first Medical and Recreational licensees. Her expertise in the industry includes production management, process improvement and people development.
