Meet the Green Meadows Team

Kat Connolly

Director, Retail Operations

Kat brings 10 years of experience from the retail and the holistic health industries. She has worked closely with small independent businesses and their owners to manage day to day operations of their stores as well as facilitate the opening of new locations. During her time as a Licensed Massage Therapist her work focused on blending various modalities to create treatment plans for her clients and their health and wellness goals. During this time Kat began to research cannabis, the science behind the it and its benefits. Recognizing the profound benefits of cannabis and her continued drive to help people begin their path towards healing led her to join the medical cannabis industry in 2017.

As Director of Retail Operations at Green Meadows, Kat oversees the aesthetic, environment, product selection, and consumer experience of Green Meadows dispensaries. She continually empowers her team with the knowledge and skills needed so that every guest and patient feels welcome, able to inquire about cannabis regardless of their experience level, and confident and comfortable in their product selections.

Kat graduated from Rhode Island College with a Bachelor’s of Arts degree in Anthropology where she focused her studies on indigenous cultures and religions of Central and South America, as well as the Middle East. She is also a Usui Shiki Ryoho Reiki Master. Kat and her husband Dan, have two children and various pets at their home in Northern Massachusetts.

We Support Veterans

Green Meadows was originally a produce farm established on land purchased by George S. Patton in 1928. The Patton family continues to honor the General’s legacy through its commitment to diversity employment and to helping veterans and their families cope with Post Traumatic Stress Disorder, social isolation, and pain-related issues.
