Corey brings a wealth of experience to her new role of providing strategic leadership in the planning and implementation of integrated human resources programs for all of Green Meadows Farms employees. She comes to Green Meadows Farm from an extensive retail career working with companies like TJX Companies, Talbots, and Cumberland Farms, where for more than 20 years she held positions of increasing responsibility and complexity.
Corey has always had a passion for working with companies that make a difference in the world and that help to improve the lives of people. In her last role as HR Director for North America and Global Operations for Hollingsworth & Vose, she found herself on the front lines of the COVID- 19 Pandemic, supporting 6 North American Plants in their production of filtration materials used in everything from N95 facemasks, medical breathing devices, to filters for hospitals.
In her role as Senior Vice President of Human Resources for Green Meadows, Corey is thrilled to work with a company that is furthering research into the benefits of cannabis in treating a variety of ailments including PTSD, Anxiety, and Depression. Corey has been a passionate advocate of the benefits of cannabis and she was a volunteer for the Grow Southbridge movement which supported a petition to allow Recreational Use Marijuana in Southbridge which contributed to the successful passing of the bylaw in 2019. As a member of the Southbridge Planning Board since 2016, Corey participated in the development of the Adult Use Marijuana Establishments section of the Southbridge Zoning Bylaws.
Corey graduated from Boston University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration and a minor in Psychology. She then completed her Juris Doctorate at the New England School of Law and has been a licensed member of the Massachusetts Bar Association since 2007.
