Marlborough, MA – Friday, September 27th, 2024 – Green Meadows, a family-owned company founded on values of service, quality, and history, is thrilled to announce the groundbreaking of its third retail dispensary located on Boston Post Road in Marlborough, Massachusetts, directly off I-495 and across the boulevard from the Apex Entertainment Center.
Building a bright new free-standing dispensary with easy access and plentiful parking in a vibrant commercial neighborhood marks a significant milestone as we continue to grow and expand our reach, bringing our award-winning cannabis products and customer care to more communities in Massachusetts.
Green Meadows’ roots extend back to 1928 when General George S. Patton, Jr. purchased land in Hamilton, Massachusetts, that in time would become the organically certified Green Meadows Farm. The Patton family’s legacy is one of community engagement and a commitment to supporting veterans, a mission that has guided their transition from traditional agriculture to cannabis production. Today, Green Meadows honors this legacy by offering premium cannabis products to improve the lives and wellness of our registered patients and adult-use patrons.

Despite the challenges facing the cannabis industry in Massachusetts, Green Meadows remains steadfast in its mission to grow and thrive. Construction in Marlborough will be completed early in 2025, after which Green Meadows will work toward CCC licensing as both an adult-use and medical cannabis provider open to customers in the spring.
