Green Meadows Farm Appoints Amy Shaar-Wildman to SVP, Retail Operations

(SOUTHBRIDGE, MASS.) January 12, 2021 – Today Green Meadows Farm (Green Meadows), a cannabis company recently launched by the Patton family based in the heart of Southbridge, Mass., announced the appointment of Amy Shaar-Wildman as Senior Vice President for Retail Operations. In this role, Shaar-Wildman will be responsible for the management of all retail operations, with a strong focus on customer service and experience. She will also lead community and veteran engagement.

“When I think about my role at Green Meadows Farm, what it’s really about is making sure our customers feel taken care of. When customers walk through our doors, they will be welcomed with open arms, knowing their favorite premium cannabis products will be in stock, in an environment where they feel safe and comfortable, with kind, knowledgeable employees ready to help them,” said Shaar-Wildman. “To accomplish this, we have been intentional in our hiring – ensuring our team reflects the diversity and values of the community where we operate and is committed to carrying out Green Meadows’ mission of bringing integrity, quality and responsibility to the sale of cannabis.”

Shaar-Wildman has close to 30 years in marketing, advertising and customer experience. Most recently, she served as the Senior Director of Outbound Telemarketing at Charter Communications, where she specialized in team management and the development of a best-in-class training implementation program. She has also held senior roles at RM Factory, McCann Erickson, and Grey Direct, among others. She graduated from Ohio University with a bachelor’s degree in Communications, Journalism and Advertising.
